Our daughter’s Bush Wedding

After a madly hectic week, culminating in probably half the guests working on the preparations, we were ready for this – proud Dad with his beautiful daughter (yes I can be biased !).

The farm house is in the middle of being renovated.  The kitchen was being installed up until early Friday afternoon.  It is still not finished, but with the help of some of the guests the tiling was finished, doors were put on cupboards and the stove was wired in.

This is the “Matron of Honour” doing the grouting.

While electrician hubby was installing lights, wife and daughter did some cleaning.  These 3 were wedding guests, and typical of the help given to ready the house and grounds for the wedding on Saturday.

The concrete half pipe used for watering stock in the past proved just right to fill with ice to keep the drinks cold.

I think they are enjoying the cupcakes.  They were delicious.

We would never have made it on time without the help from some fantastic friends/wedding guests who worked so hard.  But all agreed that helped make for a wonderful atmosphere.
