Such a lovely night sewing with so many people at FNwF. I worked on making this art folder, from a tutorial by Tracey at Thimbelina. I need to sew the binding down, then buy the art items to fill it. It is a good tutorial, well written. I changed the size of the pencil pockets so I could use the thicker triangle shaped coloured pencils, so didnt fit in as many pencils as the pattern has.
I will show the completed folder after I buy the supplies and sew the binding.
This morning I looked at the table beside the chair where I sit to do hand sewing. I have been doing quite a bit of hand sewing lately. But....
With all those thread catchers around blogland lately, how come my table looks like this?
Oh that's right - I made some thread catchers also.
Much better.
